How do you structure a working relationship?

Two ways. Either my company is your production company, which means I contract the crew, bind the insurance, hold the budget, and you get one invoice. No one has to know it’s me.

Or you stay the production company and I come in as your line producer on day rates, inside your setup.

Most studios pick the first one.
